Ingredients:
4 toasts,
1 Medium Avocado,
100 g of Salmon,
5ml Sillao,
Fresh herbs to taste.
Maras salt 3 Mara's Gold peppers, to taste.
Recipe:
- Press the avocado with a fork and serve it on the toasted bread.
- Cut and fillet the salmon, season with silao, Maras Salt, 3 Peppers and Fresh Herbs.
- Mount the dressed salmon on the avocado and toast.
