Ingredients:
400 g of Chicken,
1 medium onion,
1 chopped tomato,
2 cloves of minced garlic,
200 ml of milk cream,
30 gr. of grated Kion,
15 g of Maras Gold Curry Salt.
Recipe:
1. Sauté the chopped onion, garlic and ginger in a medium pot, after 1 minute add the finely chopped tomato.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook over medium heat.
3. Season with Maras Curry Salt , add the heavy cream and cook for 5 more minutes.
4. Serve and enjoy.
