Tiradito de Maras

½ kg of corvina (or other white fish: hake or sole)


  • 1/2 kg of fish meat, cleaned, cut into slices
  • 100 g of fish in pieces (based on tiger's milk)
  • 30 gr of Marasal Fine Maras Salt
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 red onion, one half cut into feathers and the other into small cubes
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 10 gr of kion or ginger
  • 5 yellow chili peppers
  • Coriander to taste
  • Juice 8 to 10 medium lemons
  • Roasted and crushed Maras Giant White Corn (garnish)


  1. Tiger's milk base:

Put the pieces of fish, kion and ground or grated garlic, coriander leaves and 1 yellow chili cut into strips in a bowl. Rest for 2 to 3 hours, then puree or blend, strain and set aside.

  3. Cut the fish meat into slices and keep cold.
  4. Preparation of Maras Tiradito: In the bowl, mix the tiger's milk with the yellow chili cream and Maras Fine Marasal Salt to taste , on a plate put the fish meat cut into slices, add the mixture, decorate with the onion in feathers and squares, coriander leaves, Garnish: accompany with roasted and crushed corn.
