Ingredients:
- 300 Gr of Ground Beef
- 2 Cups of Grained White Rice
- Vegetable cooking oil
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 Cup of Black Raisins
- 2 Boiled Eggs
- MARAS SALT SPECIAL DRESSING (200gr Pot) to taste
- Parsley Leaves
- 1 fried Plantain Bellaco
- 1 fried egg
Preparation:
- Cut the onion and tomato into small cubes, chop the parsley leaves and set aside, wash and moisturize the raisins by placing them in 1 cup of hot water.
- In a pot, heat a splash of oil, add the onion, tomato and brown for 3 minutes
- Add the ground beef, MARAS SALT, SPECIAL DRESSING to taste. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the raisins and parsley. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- To plate, place 1/2 cup of cooked rice in a small bowl, then add 3 tablespoons of the filling, half a boiled egg, finally, cover with 1/2 cup more of cooked rice and flatten slightly. Unmold onto a lying plate.
- Garnish with fried Plantain Bellaco, fried egg and finely chopped Parsley leaves.
