Mousse de Caramelo Salado


150g of sugar,

2 tablespoons of water,

250ml of liquid whipping cream,

90g salted butter or margarine,

50g of flambéing liquor,

10g Marasal Fine Pink Maras Salt.


1.In a saucepan add the water, sugar and our Fine Pink Maras Salt. Heat until the ingredients melt.
2. Remove from the heat and add the liquid cream, mixing it well. Add 60g of butter or margarine and beat well, avoiding lumps.
3. Pour into the siphon bottle, place a charge of gas, shake and store cold until ready to use.

4. Ready!!! Now you can enjoy a delicious salty dessert with our Pink Maras Salt.
