Cau Cau

Ingredients:

 750g turkey

Peppermint

Cooking oil (necessary amount)

1 onion, diced

4 cloves of garlic, minced

3 tablespoons of liquefied yellow chili pepper

1kg white potato, diced

50g of peas

1 carrot cut into squares

Half a pepper cut into squares

MARAS CURRY SALT to taste

Preparation:

Cook the turkey with mint until soft and cut into squares.

Make a dressing with onion, garlic and sauté for 15 minutes. Add MARAS SALT TO THE CURRY to taste

Add the turkey, potatoes and half a cup of liquid

Cook for 10 minutes, add the peas, carrot and pepper.

Place over medium heat until all ingredients are completely cooked. 

Add finely chopped mint and serve with grainy white rice.
