Place the fresh fillets on a tray.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the hot pan.
season the fish fillets with MARAS FINE HERBS SALT and fry.
Serve the fillets and decorate with parsley and lemon juice on top.
