Ingredients:
- Sillao 50ml
- Olive Oil 50ml
- Red wine vinegar 30ml
- White wine vinegar 30ml
- Maras Salt Special Dressing to taste
- Ground garlic 30g
Preparation:
- Dress the wings with Sillao, Olive Oil, Red Vinegar, White Vinegar, ground garlic and Maras Salt Special Dressing to taste.
- Let it macerate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Then, we bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 C° or 375 F°.
- We take out of the oven and serve.
