Ingredients:

1 turkey 6kg
60g of Maras Salt Special Dressing
50ml Oil
30ml Sillao
30ml English Sauce
250ml of White Wine

Decor:

sliced ​​lemon
Rosemary Leaves
Red Pepper Berries

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add them to the turkey.

Let it rest cold for a minimum of 3 hours.

Then Bake for 1 hour per kilo and remove when the skin is golden brown.

Decorate, serve and accompany it with the garnish of your choice
